Community Investment

BOCG supports Applied AI Works Canada as a community-building initiative focused on practical AI adoption, digital confidence, and economic participation.

BOCG is a funding and strategic partner to Applied AI Works Canada, a community-building initiative focused on helping people build practical AI fluency, digital confidence, and future-ready work skills.

Applied AI Works Canada is designed for people who want to move forward but may not know where to begin. The initiative helps participants understand how they think, identify where they may need support, and build confidence using AI-enabled tools, workflows, and practical learning pathways.

BOCG's contribution reflects a core belief: technology transformation should not be limited to organizations with large budgets, specialized teams, or privileged access. The same operating discipline used to modernize enterprises can also be used to help individuals and communities build agency, confidence, and participation in the future of work.

Practical AI fluency

Helping participants learn how to use AI tools in real work, learning, business, and career contexts.

Confidence and agency

Reducing fear and uncertainty by giving people a clear starting point, structured guidance, and practical supports.

Community capacity

Building pathways that help people participate in AI-enabled work rather than being left behind by it.
